This Privacy Policy describes how personal data collected from you through the motsler.pl website is collected, processed, and used. This document has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Types and purposes of processing

A. Contact forms and “Free consultation”

Data provided voluntarily in forms (name, e-mail, phone number, company name) is processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to commercial or technical enquiries;
  • scheduling and conducting a free consultation regarding DPF machines;
  • presenting a commercial offer tailored to the client’s needs.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests – communication with the user).

B. Analytics: Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). This tool collects anonymous visit data (number of subpages, visit duration, device type). The data is used solely for statistical purposes and to improve the functionality of motsler.pl.

C. Marketing: Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

The website uses Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). This tool enables personalised advertising to people who have visited the site and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns run on Facebook and Instagram.

3. Cookies

The service uses cookies to tailor site content to user preferences and for analytics and marketing purposes.

Users may manage cookies (block or delete them) independently in their web browser settings.

Restricting cookies may, however, affect some features available on the site.

4. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

Data from forms is retained until correspondence is concluded or until a request for erasure is submitted.

Data collected via analytics and marketing cookies is retained in accordance with the settings of those tools (typically from a few days to a few months).
